Consultation only:
$65 per hour either at our office, home office or for an additional fee a local Starbucks.
Consider this a mini wedding planner class. We recommend this for the bride just starting out to get organized.
This may be used for either coordination/planning assistant or styling/design assistance, use your time as you see fit.
We can go over an idea of how much things will cost, workout a basic budget, or figure out your style and vision for the day.
Planner will offer resources to help the bride to be start off on the right track to planning her dream wedding.
Includes print out of planning tips, sample timeline, and basic vendor suggestions
Book once or as many times as you like throughout the planning process!
If you are interested in something further in-depth please purchase a package.
Basic Wedding Package:
$400+tax (good package for a bride who just needs pre-planning, set up assistance or has an on-site coordinator)*
Assistance with vendor selection, research and recommendations
Unlimited email communication and phone call appointments
2 face to face scheduled appointments with client to review details and progress
Décor research, brainstorming, and ideas
Favor ideas and recommendations
Help create or suggest ideas for place cards and table numbers
Invitations concept assistance and vendor selection
Basic budget review
Coordinate with vendors
If out of town bride or destination wedding will accept deliveries of small decorations to bring to wedding site
2 hours before wedding for help with set up and assistance where needed (Includes planner and one assistant.)
Premium Wedding Package:
$900+tax*
*Basic Package included
Assist with planning details for additional events (Lunches/Brunches/Engagement parties, Rehearsal Dinner, Showers)
Up to 5 hours of meetings with vendors and/or face to face meetings with client (additional available at hourly rate, but note most vendors are booked with email and phone consultations)
Help with organization of seating charts 3 weeks prior to wedding date
Create Comprehensive wedding day timeline with couple and vendors once all vendors are hired
Research, schedule appointments with and recommend wedding vendors
Make sure site is set-up as requested
Up to 2 additional hours at ceremony site to assist where needed
Superior Wedding Package:
$1899+tax*
**Everything included in both Basic and Premium Packages
On-site full Day-Of coordination for wedding (8 hrs max including hot meal break)
One hour scheduled meeting with client and site coordinator week of or week prior to wedding (based on need and if working with on site coordinator).
Additional Photography of wedding when/if planner is not busy
Add 2 hour rehearsal prior to wedding (scheduled as soon as possible to be sure planner is available)
VIP Wedding Package:
$2000+tax* and 15% fee per all subcontracted vendors
(Best for very high end time intensive weddings)
All vendors must be subcontracted through planner
Planner must be present for all vendor meetings
All vendors will communicate directly with planner only
This package includes all aspects of our Superior wedding planning package in addition to:
Planning activities throughout the weekend for you and your guests
Booking of rehearsal dinner and brunch locations and all planning details of decor and menu selection
Attending rehearsal dinner and brunch to help coordinate and become familiar with bridal party and families
Helping choose and ordering favors
Assistance in creating gift bags for out of town guests
Includes planner assistance as needed until wedding day
Planner with 2 assistants for 8 hrs on day of wedding

Full Service Wedding Design:
Wedding Design services are included in all planning packages if requested, but on it’s own it’s $400+tax*
Full service wedding design includes color and theme brainstorming
Creating an inspiration collage to give a visual of the overall look and design plan
Coordination of colors and theme into all areas of the wedding event
Working with and assisting in choosing rental items and linens
Working with your chosen florist to determine overall look and design using colors, flowers, containers, etc.
Assistance in choosing an invitation suite and other paper items for wedding, such as menus, place cards, escort cards, signs, etc. and a unique way to display them
More focus on making your event cohesive and one of a kind
2 face to face scheduled appointments with client to review details and progress
Working on-site at the wedding with an assistant to help set up and create your gorgeous one of a kind event (time for set up based on planning package or if w/o planning, up to 2 hours)
