Best Eye Shadow Primer! MAC Eye Paints Eye Shadow

MAC Eye Paints Eye Shadow in Untitled

I found this to be the hands down BEST solution to prime your eyes for shadow.  Nothing works like it.  I read they discontinued this color “Untitled” however it’s still on Ebay and I’m sure you can find other colors that are close to skin tone like it.

I found it makes even cheap less pigmented colors stay on and appear more strong in color.  I couldn’t imagine using eye shadow without it.  My shadow looks last and last until I remove them.  Plus the tiny tube has last me forever.  You only need a bit of it on each lid.  No worries about creases or color being lost.  I just am afraid they may stop making it at MAC since it takes so long to go through the tube.  I doubt they make the amount of  money for it that they do for their other products.  Plus making the already small tube smaller is not an option.  Well then again I’m sure they are making 20+ times the cost of selling and distributing this just like the shadows.

So that said, buy it!  It’s great.

Description of the product:

A high performance eye shadow product which goes on creamy; dries to a powdery finish. Made with concentrated pearl pigments in a cream colour formulation, allows for easy application, blendability, and flexibility of coverage. Creates a smooth, crease-free, slightly shiny, reflective look to the lid.

My wedding Makeup – Products I used to make it last all night long.

For the lips I (and some of the bridal party + friends) used the new MAC Pro Longwear Lipstain Marker in Stylesetter! They now have similar products for much less as you can see from Amazon.com.

On top of the Lipstain Marker I put on a hot Fuchsia lipstick from Nars called Schiap. It was VERY bright and I was quickly ordered to turn it slightly down so I put a coat of MAC creamsheen lipstick in Speed Dial. On top we all put a nice Nars Fuchsia gloss called Easy Lover.

Thanks to the MAC Pro Longwear Lipstain Marker…I actually had some color on my lips by the end of evening. So naturally I would highly recommended it. One thing to remember is to put it on clean dry lips and then wait a few minutes until it is totally dry before putting liner, lipstick and gloss. Honesty you plan on reapplying but it goes by soooooooooooo fast, you don’t. After eating you just hope for the best. So keep the eye makeup poppin’ since that’s all you might end up with by the end of the night!

This pictures is at the end of the night. It’s not bright but you can still see the pink in my lips!

For my friend Monica, I did airbrush makeup. I thought it looked very clean and natural. The eyes had the MAC eye makeup primer. Light gray on the lid, slight shimmer white under the brow bone and a black “V” on the corner of the eye blended well for a smokey effect. We used MAC eye-shadows but with a decent primer nearly all high end shadows will stick.

My eyes were also lined with a black liner. We used a MAC liner, but I hear good things about Stilla eyeliners as well.
